Refund policy

We're confident you will be delighted with your purchase, but should you wish to return any item please contact us within 14 days to arrange this. Where appropriate a full refund of the purchase price will be made upon the item's return in the condition in which it was sold/sent to you.

Buyers will have 14 days to return the product after we have agreed the return . Please use sufficient packaging to ensure to items reaches us in perfect condition. We will not refund items if they arrive back with us damaged or in an unsaleable condition.

We are not able to refund delivery costs nor pay for the return delivery, unless the item arrived with you significantly damaged or was entirely different to that seen in the photo.  We may also charge a restocking fee of a maximum of 10% of the item purchase price.

Please note SALE items are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or not as described.
